太极站桩日记 D77 《顶天立地…》

“桩为何脚底疼……？”

师：没有顶天立地………

只有“立地”，没有“顶天”，

则只有“沉” ——— 乃至沉滞沉重沉底……

而非“松沉” ——— 松开松沉、轻盈轻灵、乃至轻灵圆活………

………

没有天的“沉”，是 ———沉重沉滞的 “死沉”；

有天的“沉”，是———轻灵圆活的 “松沉”………

Veiling, on roams it,

水之气蕴

如披薄纱

漫步其中

Soft murmuring,

低声吟唱

Tow'rd the abyss.

流向低谷

Now, in flat channel,

渠道缓缓

Through the meadowland steals it,

草地青青

And in the polish'd lake

波光粼粼

Each constellation

每一个水之灵

Joyously peepeth.

欢喜相聚………

Wind is the loving

风之意向

Wooer of waters

水之灵明

Wind blends together

风水交织

Billows all-foaming

在天卷舒

在地涨落

Spirit of man,
人之灵明啊，

Thou art like unto water!

就像在水之侧………

Fortune of man,

人之气运啊，

Thou art like unto wind!

就似已侯风之旁………
