Both Heaven and Hell are within you. This means everybody has a dark side. The less we understand our dark side, the more likely we are to project our darkness onto others. The things in the external world that irritate you are merely reaching down into your psyche and tickling your inner demons. So when something bothers you, it is a sign of something you haven't integrated deep within.
